Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to the Tokee service and materials, including but not limited to the Tokee logo, icons, domain names, source code, user interface, design, software, and any other related content (collectively, the “Tokee IP”), are owned by Deucetek LLC or its licensors. These rights are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Trademarks

The name "Tokee," the Tokee logo, and any other Tokee trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Tokee service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Deucetek LLC. You are not granted any right or license to use any of the aforementioned trademarks. Unauthorized use of the Tokee trademarks is strictly prohibited and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

3. Copyright

All content included in the Tokee service, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Deucetek LLCor its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Deucetek LLC and protected by international copyright laws.

4. Patents

Certain parts of the Tokee service may be covered by one or more patents or patent applications owned by Deucetek LLC. Unauthorized use of the patented technology is strictly prohibited.

5. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, Deucetek LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal use of the Tokee service. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Tokee service or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the Tokee service or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

6. Restrictions

You may not:

Use any of the Tokee IP without the prior written consent of Deucetek LLC.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Tokee service or its content.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Tokee service.
Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purpose any portion of the Tokee service without express written consent of Deucetek LLC.
Use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing Tokee's name or trademarks
Misuse the Tokee service. You may use the Tokee service only as permitted by the Tokee Terms of Service.

7. User Content

By submitting content (such as text, images, or other material) to Tokee, you grant Deucetek LLCaworldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Tokee service. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Reporting Infringement

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please notify us at official@deucetek.com with the following information:

A description of the intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Tokee service.
An address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.

9. Termination and Enforcement

Deucetek LLC reserves the right to terminate user accounts and access to the Tokee service for users who are found to repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Deucetek LLC will take appropriate legal action against users who violate these Intellectual Property Rights provisions.
